Can I get BroNET at my address?+
Availability depends on your address, NBN technology and the maximum tier supported at the premises. Use the address checker and BroNET will confirm the result before ordering.
How does the six-month price work?+
Eligible home NBN plans show both the introductory monthly price and the ongoing price that applies after the first six months. There is no lock-in contract.
Is the eero router really free?+
Eligible 500 Mbps and faster plans include an eero 7 option under separate 36-month equipment conditions. Two-gigabit plans also offer eero Pro 7. You can see the eligible models and accept the equipment conditions during signup.
Will a faster plan fix poor Wi-Fi?+
Not by itself. Router capability, placement, walls, interference and device support all matter. BroNET’s setup approach considers the whole home, not just the line speed.

BroNET services are delivered using Superloop’s wholesale network, with BroNET providing the customer experience, plan design and support layer.
